If your Association has started the election process and you would like to nominate yourself for the upcoming election please use the online candidate form.
How can I change my voting method to written ballot?
If your Association has adopted Electronic Voting as the default voting method and you would like to change your voting method back to written (paper) ballot, please use this voting method change form to change to written ballot.
Where can I input the basic setup information for our election?
Use the election input page at https://www.electionsinspector.com/electionsetup.html to upload the election information.
How can I upload the Member information for our election?
Use the Member excel upload template at https://www.electionsinspector.com/membersetup.xlsx to send us your Members' information. We only need the information listed on the spreadsheet. Download the form, input Member information in the green section and then upload the completed form when you input your election information at https://www.electionsinspector.com/electionsetup.html
How do I know if our Association's election rules have been updated to include electronic voting?
Here are some examples of the civil code from 2020 and the civil code from 2025 regarding secret ballot elections. The 2025 version has additional language regarding electronic voting. If you are using electronic voting, consult with your Association's attorney to ensure your election rules have been updated to include the correct language.
